As Manager, you’ll oversee our cafe and coworking spaces, supporting the local community’s workday and creative needs. You’ll lead a team, foster collaboration, and create an inspiring environment that sparks ideas.

Essential Functions 

• Greet all customers, members, and visitors with a friendly smile.

• Create a rapport with customers and members by learning their names and favorite drinks.

• Educate guests and members on all of our products and services.

• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.

• Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Accurately process transactions in the POS system.

• Taste coffee regularly to maintain familiarity with product and quality standards.

• Assist members with questions and equipment support.

• Dial-in espresso equipment in accordance with quality standards and directives.

• Batch and restock items as necessary to keep the shop functioning optimally.

• Arrive on time executing effective shifts that set fellow employees up for success.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming shop for all guests and fellow employees.

• Communicate with team members and management to solve problems, create new opportunities, and improve service.

• Support a positive work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by shop manager and supervisors.

Qualifications 

• Strength in interacting with and caring for people and community.

• Demonstration of passion and enthusiasm for coffee and creativity.

• Customer service that is executed in a personal and professional manner.

• Understanding of coffee shops and specialty retail.

• Desire to educate others about coffee and espresso methods.

• Strong attention to detail and respect for cleanliness and sanitation.

• Enthusiasm for the task of ensuring that each customer and visitor has a quality experience in our shops.

• High integrity and personal responsibility.

• Openness to criticism and constantly striving to improve.

• Ability to multi-task with ease and problem solve under challenging conditions.
